the initial meeting to the closing, Lynne was professional,
knowledgeable, genuine, patient, and kind. My husband had
recently passed away and it was time to sell our home of over
30 years. Being 83, not knowing anything about the real
estate market, and wanting to take my time moving out, Lynne
was a wealth of knowledge regarding the current market and
building codes. She was patient with my questions and
concerns and always prompt and diligent in her replies. She

Lynne Boyd did a great job as our listing agent on an antique
home and converted barn which we sold in January 2017.
She's very personable, responsive, and hard-working. Her
long experience has armed her with tons of helpful &
sometimes quirky info on the local real estate scene, and she
knows how to market and "stage" a home to spotlight its best
qualities. Our property was a difficult sell mostly because it
was obvious that it needed real work. But Lynne talked up its
authentic antique details, its great potential and location, and
the good schools. She screened interested prospects to be
sure they were interested in this type of property and always
kept us informed of scheduled showings and any issues that
needed our attention. She was always on top of any
paperwork. We highly recommend Lynne and know you'll be

We initially used Lynne to find a rental when relocating to CT.
She spent numerous hours working with me over the phone,
then spent several days driving me around to view rentals
even though I suspect she doesn't make enough from a lease
to justify the time she spent. When it came time to buy a
house, there was no question we would call Lynne. She was
extremely knowledgeable about the CT market and issues
related to older homes. She was very flexible and available
as we looked for homes. She was a strong advocate for us
during the offer and contract process, and help resuscitate a
deal that appeared to be dead several times. She was willing
to open the house for us multiple times prior to close for
follow-up inspections, measurements, etc.

Lynne has sold 2 homes for us and purchased 1. She is
always eager to assist and flexible with us- as our minds
change often. I appreciate Lynne's knowledge of the area in
CT and What was best for our needs. We also appreciated
Lynne's desire to fight for us as clients, and do what was in
our best interest. I would highly recommend working with
Lynne and although we have relocated to NC...we keep in
touch and know.. if you work with her she has your best

Lynne was extremely helpful from start to finish. Lynne set
realistic expectations right out of the gate, gave genuine and
thoughtful advice on staging, arranged the photo shoot for the
initial listing and checked in frequently with feedback from the
various showings. Lynne was very helpful in completing the
initial selling disclosures and walked me step by step through
the final sales contract, including fruitful advice during
negotiations. Lynne was a great asset in the expedient sale
of my property.

Lynne had to deal with a terrible real estate climate in Bristol,
CT. Condos were just not selling. She made suggestions
every step of the way to help us. Due to her knowledge and

I have worked with Lynne both on the buying and selling side
of real estate: the first time back in 1998 when I bought my
home, and more recently, when she assumed the role of
listing the property. Obviously, she is tops in her field! I
trusted Lynne to counsel me regarding various aspects of
preparing and pricing the house; her artistic eye was on target
as she expertly staged my rooms to highlight their most
appealing features. Using market analysis, she pinpointed a
very realistic selling price so that I had my first offer on the
fourth day and the second one on the sixth. Lynne is an
extremely straightforward person and was direct about a few
of the home's shortcomings which wasn't always easy to hear,
but her assessment was accurate and in line with the desires
of today's buyer. While Lynne has an assertive nature that
enables her to skillfully and successfully negotiate, she also
demonstrates empathy, support and encouragement through
what can sometimes be a stressful and emotional process.
Lynne conducts business with the highest of ethics, a quality I

impressed with her knowledge that we immediately changed
agents and engaged Lynne to find us a property "of our
dreams", which was not easy to do, since we had very
particular requisites in mind. But Lynne worked tirelessly until
